All of the reports: A single PDF document containing all of
the reports and their descriptions.
or
Tachograph-Style Chart: A traditional style of "vibrecorder"
or tachograph chart, showing a single day's activity for a selected
vehicle. This example shows a cyclic work pattern and excessive
idling at 06h45 and after 17h00.
or
Daily Activity Chart: A linear version of the above chart,
including the minute-by-minute settings of the dial switch from a
VR081R Activity Recorder. This chart is "zoomable" on-screen. Note
the recording of a breakdown ("B/Down") period.
or
Progress Chart (Daily Totals): Up to three from a list of various
daily totals may be bar-graphed, over a date range. A user-moveable
line may be used to locate and indicate trends and anomalies. Note
the occurrence of overtime work on 27th and 28th July 2000.
or
Progress Chart (Accumulative Totals): Up to three from a list
of various daily totals may be graphed on an accumulating line graph,
over a date range. A user-movable line may be used to locate and indicate
trends and anomalies. In this example the software was requested
to "best-fit" the user line to the total working hours line. Data
after 20 November 2000 has not yet been collected, so the user line
shows predicted vehicle behaviour to the end of December 2000.
or
Single Vehicle Summary Report (Standard): A tabular report
showing some important daily figures for a selected vehicle, over
a given date range. Note the relatively high average overtime work.
or
Single Vehicle Event Report (Work): A tabular report showing
work sessions over a date range for a selected vehicle. This report
may also show standby sessions and excessive idling (next report).
Note the late starting time on 26 May 1998 and the early shutdown
on Friday afternoon.
or
Single Vehicle Event Report (Excessive Idling): A report similar
to the one above, but here showing all idling sessions that exceed
10 minutes, for a selected vehicle.
or
Multiple Vehicle Activity Report (Standard): A tabular report
showing some important daily figures for a selected group of vehicles,
over a given date range. The report may be generated in a summary
form, which shows only totals and averages for each day for all included
vehicles.
or
Multiple Vehicle Servicing Report (Summary): A report that
uses the specified service cycles of the vehicles, details of most
recent services and the recorded vehicle activity to predict the next
service type and service date for a selected group of vehicles.
or
Multiple Vehicle Hour Meter Report: This is a spot-check engine
hour meter (service meter) reading report. The user specifies a date
and time, and selects the group of vehicles. Note the two vehicles
that are not up-to-date with data collection.
